Charter Members "Hall of Fame"
Members are immortalized in this quilt, which features Signature blocks, made by each Charter Member in good standing and assembled and quilted by "The Guild".
Pieceful Shores Quilters Guild
was conceived early 1993. In March of the same year 52 interested ladies attended the first meeting. In June there were 63 and in September "The Guild" became a reality with 78 Charter members. Janis Ramoth was our founder and very first President. Since then we have grown, not only in members, but also in knowledge and appreciation. Knowledge that some of our members share with "The Guild" and appreciation of beautiful quilts, appreciation of machine and or handwork. Appreciation to the members that work tirelessly to keep our Guild running smooth. We have contributed to many Charities and special events like Oklahoma City Bombing and 9-11-01 WTC and our Pet project "Kids Kwilts" now known as "Community Quilts". We have formed friendships and seen members through illness and loss of loved ones. All in all we are a group of "Quilters".
